We understand shipping with items can be complicated. We are constantly trying to simplify this process for our customers, so you can enjoy the best your products and get back to enjoying it with friends and family.
90% of our orders ship same day or next day right from our warehouse in Dublin. However there is a small percentage of orders that can take up to 3-15 days to ship, these items are listed, and is because we ship from many warehouses throughout the Ireland.
We will do our best to work with you to ensure the best possible experience, but we do have protocols for specific situations listed below
Shipping Costs
We Offer Free Shipping within Ireland. Some items including cast iron cooking grates, insulated jackets, warming racks and any odd size item, will have a fixed shipping cost as offering free shipping on these items.
Shipping Methods
We ship most items via Fed Ex or UPS. By offering a low cost "Best Way" rate shipping option, we reserve the right to ship in a method of our choice.
Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting expedited shipping methods such as Next Day, 2nd Day. does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Please call us to see if the order is eligible for Expedited Shipping.
In addition, we do not have a expedited delivery option for Saturday. Keep that in mind when you calculate when you need your item to arrive.
We use the express ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
Order Before 2:00pm
All orders placed after 2:00 pm will process the next business day. This does not mean the order will ship the next business day though we make every effort to ship within one business day after processing (This includes expedited shipping). If you have an expedited time you need to have your order received, please call us There is no deliveries Saturday or Sunday. So for example if you order Next Day AFTER 2pm on Thursday, your order may leave on Friday (depending on the warehouse it is shipping from) and you may receive the item Monday. So again, if you need your item by a specific date you MUST call us at Tel: +353 1 531 4899 to be sure we are able to accommodate your needs.
Freight Shipments
You Must Be Present To Accept Delivery.
Delivery times depend on location. You must be present to accept delivery. Curb Side Delivery Only. Shipping prices are for with-in Ireland. Shipments to any other European country require additional charges. All other European countries are considered International for which there is an additional charges.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation of your order details at time of purchase. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping we will send you a notification with tracking information. Please contact us if you do not receive an email. We do not to ship to PO Boxes. Supremeleisures is not responsible for lost or missing orders sent to any incorrect address.
Due to Heavy order volume, Grilling Season (March-September) and Holidays, Processing Time can be 4-5 Business Days to Ship. Holidays include, Christmas New Years. If you need your order at a specific time, please call us at Tel: +353 1 531 4899
In addition, we have several fulfilment center. Some have longer processing times than our location. Some processing times can be up to one week. If you need an item by a specific date, please call Us to be sure the item is in stock there.
Shipping Origination
Although 99% of our orders ship same day or next day, there is a small percentage of orders that can take up to 3-15 days to ship. This is because we ship from many warehouses throughout the Republic of Ireland, we cannot guarantee a shipment date.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or discontinued which will delay fulfilling your order. You will receive an email notification letting you know about any and all ordered products that are out of stock and/or unavailable for immediate shipment. We will keep you informed of when we expect to get more in stock whenever possible.
We make every effort to keep our update our inventory in real time but we simply cannot guarantee availability of an item until it is physically boxed and ready for a shipping label. If, for any reason, the item is unavailable (either temporarily or because it has been discontinued), we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives.
All pricing is subject to change due to fluctuating market conditions. Prices, part numbers and availability are subject to change at any time by the manufacture, which may result in slight variation of advertised goods. Supremeleisures reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
Freight Shipments

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all packages and boxes. Failure to do so will bar the customer from recovery for undiscovered damages. Per the policies and regulations of the freight companies, shipping liability is transferred to the customer once goods are delivered and signed for. Please do not automatically assume that the contents of your packages are undamaged simply because the boxes appear intact. Even if the truck driver is impatient or rushed, please keep in mind that this transfer of liability is taking place, making the customer ultimately responsible for undiscovered damages.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your packages following the steps below. All damages must be reported to Tel: +353 1 531 4899 within 48 hours.
Standard Delivery
If your package arrives, you have 48 hours to call us at Tel: +353 1 531 4899 to report any damages. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY MISSING, DAMAGED PACKAGING OR DAMAGED ITEMS. A photo will be required for claims.
If you authorise the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Supreleisures cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.
If your order ships via freight, please be sure to follow these important steps :
Be sure to perform a pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt and be sure that matches the number of pallets and/or pieces you receive.
If a anything is missing:
Write the number of pieces you received this the delivery receipt before signing.
Call us at Tel: +353 1 531 4899 immediately to inform us of what is missing. We will follow up with the shipping company to assist in locating the missing items.
Inspect the packaging for external damage.
If you can see external damage
Open the box and inspect for any internal or concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice external damage and the delivery driver will not allow you inspect the inside of the package or the driver will not let you note; damaged on the delivery receipt, call us immediately at Tel: +353 1 531 4899. If you are unable to reach us, you should refuse the shipment. We will work to get your order to you in good condition and as quickly as possible.
On the delivery receipt, Note any damage you can visually see to the packaging or products and write the word DAMAGED
Please note: Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your freight in good condition.
If there is no damage
If there is no visible external damage, please sign for your freight.
Please inspect your items for concealed damage after the driver has left.
Report all damage within 48 hours

Freight Delivery
We do not recommend authorising a freight company to leave any shipment/freight without a signature. Marvellesures.com cannot be held liable for damaged or missing goods. If you authorise the freight to be left via voice or note is equivalent to signing for your products in good condition and all received. See Freight Delivery Guidelines listed below.
International
ALL International orders must select FedEx International, UPS Worldwide for shipping or USPS International. Your order will be modified accordingly. UPS Ground is NOT a valid option on international orders.
If you choose UPS Standard and USPS to a European country, Brokerage Fees, Import Fees, Duties and taxes are NOT included. You will be required to pay these fees upon receiving your product. It is your responsibility to be aware of these fees before ordering. We operate from Ireland and as such are not bound to import regulations in other countries.
ALL DUTIES AND TAXES are the responsibility of the customer.
Supremeleisures does not assume any Bond Fees, Brokerage Fees, Import fees, Duties or Taxes when shipping internationally, If you are unsure what these costs will be, we suggest that you contact the appropriate governing authority in your locale.
Note: ALL BBQ Branding Irons are shipped via FedEx Ground and USPS and ship within 3-15 business days. SupremeLeisures does not assume responsibility for any transportation delays or damages to products during transit.
Holiday Shipping
We do NOT ship during Irish holidays; including but not limited to Christmas, New Years, etc.

Severe Weather
There may be times when severe weather can affect shipping and delay delivery times. Hurricanes, earthquakes and other acts of nature are unforeseeable and beyond our control. Please know that we will do everything possible to prevent delays on any shipment.

When you find a replacement part in this listing, be sure to examine the picture of the part carefully and compare it to your original part. If the dimensions are not a close match, you should not buy the part.
To help ensure you get the correct replacement parts for your Product we highly recommend that you measure your original parts and compare them to what we have listed. This is best done with the parts out of the grill.
We have parts for many models not in our listing. If your model is not listed, there is a good chance that you can find a replacement part with a dimensional search.
