1. General Questions

What is the status of my order? Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status. After your order is shipped, we will send you another email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (if available). You can also track your order status from the "order history" section on your account page on our website.

Can I change my order? We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is marked as "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," no further edits can be made. To request changes to your order, please reach out to Inquiry@Supremeleisures.com.

How long does it take to ship my order? Orders typically take 48 hours to process for delivery. Standard shipping time within Ireland ranges from 5 to 12 business days. You can choose your delivery method before confirming your order.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept? You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We support Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Union Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Maestro, and Shop Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in? We currently charge in Euros.

Do you offer installment payment options? We accept one-time payments at checkout. If you have PayPal Credit, you might be able to make multiple payments. You can choose that payment option during checkout.

3. Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland.

How long does it take to ship my order? Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time within Ireland is between 5 to 12 business days.

How can I track my package? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to track its status. Once shipped, you will receive another email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (if available). You can also track your order status from the "order history" section on your account page on our website.

What if I'm not home? If you're not home, a new delivery attempt will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. In some cases, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item should not have been used.
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.

Can I exchange an item? Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, mention that you would like to exchange your item when preparing your return with our support team.

How long does it take to process a return? Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 10 working days.

5. Other Questions

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work? Yes, we have a referral program to thank our customers for referrals. To refer someone, create an account on our online store and visit your profile page to get your personalized referral link. Is there a warranty? We guarantee our products to be free of defects when sold through our online store. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for defective items under these conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item should not have been used.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.
